一、客户为什么要验厂

因为验厂要看到设备、工人和管理记录，这三项贸易商一样都没有。常见的推脱话术有：工厂最近在装修不方便接待、老板出差下周再说、我们是工贸一体但车间在另一个地址。判断方法很简单——临时提出视频看车间，能马上开机给你看的，基本是真厂；要约时间的，多半在借别人的厂。

要求实时拍摄，不接受提前录好的视频 / Demand live footage, not pre-recorded clips
指定镜头：从大门招牌拍起，走一遍车间、模具房、原料仓、成品仓 / Direct the shots: start at the gate sign, then walk the workshop, tool room, raw material store and finished goods store
拍设备铭牌与运行中的机器，能看到高周波机实际工作是最好 / Capture machine nameplates and running equipment — seeing an HF welder actually cycling is ideal
随机问一位现场工人在做什么，做多久了 / Ask a random floor worker what they are doing and how long they have been there
