贴纸模具费为什么收？收多少、模具归谁、翻单还收吗

定制贴纸报价单里，最容易被问「这笔钱是什么」的就是模具费。有的厂收，有的厂不收，有的说免费做模但产权归厂里——差别很大。这篇一次讲清。

一、刀版（模具）到底是什么

刀版是把贴纸从整版材料上冲切出外形的工具。你可以理解为一块嵌了钢刀的木板或胶板，压力压下去，钢刀就把形状切出来。没有刀版，就只能做成方块或者用手撕，谈不上异形定制。

• 激光刀版：最常见，用激光切割的胶板嵌钢刀，适合大多数异形贴纸 / Laser-cut die: the most common type, a laser-cut board with steel blade, suitable for most shaped stickers
• 腐蚀刀版：精度更高，适合细小图案和复杂轮廓，价格也高一点 / Etched die: higher precision for fine artwork and complex outlines, priced slightly higher
• 雕刻刀版：用于厚材料或需要压凸效果的产品 / Engraved die: for thicker material or products needing an embossed effect
• 简易刀线：形状接近矩形时可用，成本最低 / Simple rule die: usable when the shape is close to a rectangle, lowest cost

二、模具费怎么算出来的

模具费主要看三件事：刀线总长度、图案复杂度、精度要求。刀线越长、拐角越多、要求越精细，做刀版耗时越久，费用越高。常见的区间是：简单形状几百元，复杂异形或高精度腐蚀版一千到两千元，特别复杂的多件成套刀版会更高。

三、模具归谁：这是最容易扯皮的一条

行业里有两种做法，下单前必须问清楚，否则以后想换厂都换不了。

• 客户付费开模 → 模具产权归客户，工厂只是代保管。客户有权取走，或要求转到别的厂 / Customer pays for tooling: the die belongs to the customer and the factory only stores it. The customer may take it away or have it transferred to another factory
• 工厂免费开模 → 产权通常归工厂，客户只能用不能带走。这种做法常用于「量大免模具费」的促销 / Factory offers free tooling: ownership usually stays with the factory, the customer uses it but cannot take it. Common in "tooling free at high volume" promotions
• 中间地带：客户付一部分，工厂补一部分，约定达到某个累计数量后产权转给客户 / Middle ground: customer pays part, factory covers the rest, with ownership transferring to the customer once a cumulative volume is reached

四、翻单还收模具费吗

正常情况不收——刀版还在，直接上机就能做。但有两个前提要确认：一是刀版的保管期限，有些厂约定一年或两年不翻单就作废旧刀版；二是刀版寿命，钢刀压切有次数上限，量特别大的订单可能需要中途换新刀。这两条不问清，两年后翻单才发现要重新开模，就是一笔意外支出。

五、下单前必须问清的五个问题

• 模具费能不能抵货款？（常见做法是满一定数量返还，或全额抵扣）/ Is the tooling fee creditable against the order? (Common practice: refunded or credited once a volume threshold is met)
• 模具产权归谁？能不能带走？ / Who owns the die, and can I take it with me?
• 保管期限多久？多久不翻单会作废？ / How long is it stored, and how long before it is scrapped?
• 刀版寿命大概多少刀？量大会不会中途换刀，换刀谁付钱？ / What is the die lifespan in press cycles, who pays for a mid-run replacement?
• 改版怎么办？图案微调要不要重开模，费用怎么算？ / What happens on artwork revision — does a small change require a new die and what does it cost?
