贴纸交期到底几天？打样、量产、影响交期的因素与旺季排产

采购催交期之前，先分清楚两件事：打样要几天、量产要几天。把这两段混在一起催，工厂也没法给你准话。这篇把贴纸交期拆开讲。

一、两个区间：打样与量产

• 打样：常规 3-5 天出实物；含新刀版开模的，加 1-2 天 / Sampling: normally 3 to 5 days for physical samples; add 1 to 2 days if a new cutting die is needed
• 量产：常规 5-15 天，量级越大、工序越多，越靠近上限 / Mass production: normally 5 to 15 days; larger volume and more process steps push it toward the upper end
• 加急：打样可压到 2 天、量产压到 5-7 天，但要插单费且看排产松紧 / Rush: sampling can compress to 2 days, mass production to 5 to 7 days, but needs a slotting fee and depends on the schedule

二、哪些环节会拖交期

• 确认稿来回改：图稿每改一版，打样就要重排一次 / Artwork revisions: each revision of the artwork re-queues the sampling step
• 新刀版开模：异形不是现成刀版，要等开模，这是量产前的硬等待 / New die: a shaped design without a stock die must wait for tooling — a hard wait before mass production
• 材料缺货：指定颜色或厚度的卷材没库存，要调货或等生产 / Material shortage: a specified color or thickness of roll not in stock means waiting for replenishment
• 后工序排队：烫金、模切、检品这些工序在多条订单间排队 / Finishing queue: foil, die-cut and inspection steps queue across multiple orders
• 物流：海运拼箱等船期，这段不算工厂生产时间但算总交期 / Logistics: sea consolidation waits for a sailing, not factory time but part of total lead time

三、旺季怎么排才不误船期

贴纸的旺季和节日强相关：欧美圣诞、日本礼物季、国内开学季，都会集中挤产能。要稳交期，关键是把打样和确认稿尽量提前到淡季做，量产放在旺季前留出缓冲。很多客户等到节前一个月才确认稿，那时全行业都在抢机台，加急也排不进。

四、下单前怎么把交期聊死

• 分开问：打样几天、量产几天、各自起算日是确认稿还是收款 / Ask separately: sampling days, mass-production days, and whether each clock starts at artwork confirmation or payment
• 写进合同：交期写具体日期或工作日，并写明延期责任 / Put it in the contract: state a concrete date or working days, and the liability for delay
• 确认稿锁定：图稿一旦确认不再改，改版重算交期 / Lock the artwork: once confirmed, no more changes; a revision restarts the lead time
• 物流单列：海运/空运的时效和费用单独确认，别和工厂生产时间混算 / Logistics separate: confirm sea or air transit time and cost on its own, do not blend it with factory production time
